As of now, the only vision plans we bill directly are Vision Service Plan (VSP) and the Costco Employee Vision Plan. Please provide your insurance information to the staff when scheduling your appointment to ensure that we are able to bill your insurance for you. 

We do not participate in any medical insurance plans, including Medicare.
